Yes, absolutely – just give the extra items to your LaundriKart Agent and we will adjust your bill accordingly.

You can pay by credit/debit card, Paytm, cash or by net banking. We recommend you pay online rather than cash to avoid change notes issue. Our executive will be carrying the payment machine at the time of delivery at your doorstep. We have also introduced a wallet system on LaundriKart website where you can either recharge your wallet with money using online payment or buy few packages and do the payments.

Yes, We Process Quilts , Blankets and every garment from Handkerchief to Blankets.

When We Pickup we check the laundry and return back your item if we find any personnel belongings. In case we find any at our store during the laundry preparing or cleaning process, we will take care of them and you will get call from Store Manager to let you know about the same.

Your clothes are in safe hands of our expert laundry team and incidents of damage are extremely rare but we understand it’s a natural point of concern. In a very rare event your item is damaged, we’ll compensate you in accordance with our policy. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details given on website.

We care your laundry very well and make sure we give back only clean laundry and nothing else. Our qualified management team handles the to and from of garments with flawless expertise. But in case you didn’t find any of your garment in the return bag from LaundriKart please call our customer care.

Don’t worry. We’re experts at dealing with this situation ! We will always do our best to ensure that your items are treated appropriately and with care. If there is any question or we cannot locate a care label, we will return the item to you un-cleaned so that there is no risk of harm to your things.

Our expert team use best-class setups with European equipment and world class stain removal products available – but some stains can stump even us. We will always try our best and we offer a free re-clean if you’re ever unsatisfied with the quality we provide, but unfortunately we cannot promise to remove all stains.
